Subodh is a co-founder and CEO at Psiverse and has been closely associated with the patent research industry in various leadership, subject matter expert and consultant roles since 2006. During this period, he has been at the helm of patent research teams of major brands such as Clarivate, CPA Global and Thomson Reuters. Subodh leverages on 17+ years of experience in IP to provide tailor-made patent research solutions to IP professionals. He has supported clients on various strategic requirements across diverse phases of the IP life cycle ranging from R&D collaborations to patent prosecution, due diligence, litigation and monetisation. Subodh’s primary areas of expertise are wireless and multimedia standards. In this regard, he has collaborated extensively with patent owners as well as with adopters on various aspects pertaining to standard essential patents (SEPs) and their analysis for strategic objectives. Subodh has been a prominent speaker in IP conferences, seminars and workshops and has published multiple articles related to IP in various forums. He holds a Masters’ degree in Telecommunications from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia and a Bachelors’ degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Goa University, India.
Sudipta is a co-founder and CTO at Psiverse and has over 18 years of experience in academia and patent research. He holds a Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India and a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University, India. he has published a number of research papers in various international journals and conferences. Sudipta has been involved in building customer-centric value propositions to address specific IP related requirements. He has hands-on expertise in triaging between in-house IP professionals, outside counsel law firms and IP administrative teams and has previously worked with industry leaders such as CPA Global (now acquired by Clarivate) in diversified roles. In recent times, Sudipta has been investing his energies as the solution architect for Research Highway, our proprietary solution for researchers and IP professionals in the wireless standards industry. In this endeavour, Sudipta’s uncompromising client centricity enables him to design and implement the right solutions for our customers.
Peter leverages his rich experience to advise us on growth strategies, building partnerships, customer engagement and scaling our global business. He brings a wealth of international experience, gained across 35+ years in industries as diverse as intellectual property (Thomson Scientific, Landon IP, CPA Global, Clarivate), interactive mapping solutions (Multimap, Microsoft Bing Maps, Axon Active), business travel solutions (OAG) and textiles (Kreglinger nv and G Modiano Ltd). Particularly, in the field of intellectual property, Peter has held various leadership roles since 2011 focussing on business growth and customer engagement for IP technology solutions, services, software and expert research. Peter is a firm believer in creating strategic win-win advantages, making a marked difference in the wider business community, and combining the unrivalled powers of HI (Human Intelligence) with the right amount of AI.
